What is our Process?

Submit your mortgage request to us through your preferred submission platform or email.

Send all supporting documents, including an acceptable appraisal report, to: info@ozfinancialllc.com

Alternatively, you can upload the full package directly through our secure online portal.

Once received, our underwriter will review the file and provide a pricing quote. If the pricing is accepted, we will issue a mortgage commitment letter outlining all terms and any outstanding conditions. Upon receiving the signed commitment and confirmation that legal representation has been retained, we will instruct the file. Once all legal conditions are satisfied, your deal will fund.
